Working principles:

The permanent magnet automatic iron remover is connected to the material delivery pipe at 45-75 degrees. When the material flows through the iron remover, the ferromagnetic material is adsorbed on the wall of the manganese pipe in the iron remover, and gradually slides into the iron outlet with the movement of the permanent magnet. It's done with materials. At the outlet, the permanent magnet moves away in the direction of cyclic motion.

The ferromagnetic material is lost due to magnetic force and discharged from the iron outlet under the action of gravity to complete the active iron removal of the material.
