How does a magnetic separator work?

With the development of the powder industry, the powder is highly purified and refined, and more demanding requirements are placed on the powder packaging. The domestic powder and ultrafine powder packaging technology are studied, and the following problems, problems, and solutions exist:
1. The dust in the powder packaging is large (can be used for lifting bottom filling, reducing the drop and controlling the dust, the speed is 200 packs/h)
2. Powder packaging accuracy is poor, easy to segregation (can be used vertical spiral filling, online gross weight weighing, accuracy up to 0.1%)
3. The ultra-fine powder contains a large amount of gas, and the shape is like water (a degassing screw device or a nano-rod suction device can be used, and the material is degassed while the material is in a block shape)
