PTMS magnetic separation

What are the benefits of magnetic separation?

 

One. High water content

Cause Analysis

solution

The liquid atomization is uneven, and the particles are too large.

Increase centrifuge speed

Too much feed

Increase high pressure pump pressure

The relative humidity of the empty waste is too high

When the nozzle is found to be wired, it should be replaced in time.

 

Two. There is powder near the top of the tower and the sprayer.

Cause Analysis

solution

Hot air distribution is not adjusted well

Correct the position of the hot air distributor to make the air inlet even and eliminate the powder

 

Three. Tower wall adhered to wet powder

Cause Analysis

solution

Too much feed

Reduce the feed rate of the feed pump

Insufficient heating of the drying tower before the spray starts

Do not spray when the exhaust air temperature does not meet the requirements

 

Four. There is powder in some parts of the tower wall

Cause Analysis

solution

Irregular airflow distribution

Adjust the hot air distributor to make the air inside the tower even

Nozzle blockage when spraying with multiple nozzles

Replace the blocked nozzle

Partial cavity blockage of the centrifugal spray disk liquid distributor

Check and clean the spray tray liquid dispenser

 

Five. Reduced evaporation

Cause Analysis

Reduced air volume throughout the system

Check if the fan speed is normal

Check that the intake and exhaust regulators are correct

Check if the air filter and heater pipe are blocked

Hot air inlet temperature is too low

Check if the heater pressure meets the requirements

Check if the heating system is normal

Leakage of equipment can cause heat loss and introduction of cold air

Inspect the equipment, repair the damage, pay special attention to the tightness of the connection of each component

 

Six. High product impurities

Air filter is not effective

Improve air filtration and clean or replace filters in time

High liquid impurity

Filter the liquid before spraying

Equipment is not clean

Cleaning equipment

 

Seven. Product powder is too fine.

Cause Analysis

solution

Low liquid solid content

Increase the concentration of spray liquid

Nozzle aperture is too small

Larger aperture

High pressure pump pressure is too high

Properly reduce stress

Centrifugal disk speed is too fast

Appropriately reduce the speed

Centrifugal spray feed is too small

Increase feed volume

The centrifugal disc is not suitable for selection

Improve the spray structure. Can use tangential small holes instead of radial small holes, or use butterfly turntable

 

Eight. Low product yield and large loss of running powder

Cause Analysis

Cyclone separator is inefficient

Check if the cyclone is deformed by tapping

Check the airtightness of the cyclone and whether there is accumulation or blockage inside and outside the outlet

Bag filter interface loose or bag perforation

Repair the interface and check the replacement bag regularly

 

Nine. Centrifugal sprayer speed is reduced, current is increased

Cause Analysis

Feeding speed is too high, making it overload

Reduce supply

Sprayer and motor mechanical failure

Stop spraying, check and troubleshoot

 

Ten. Sprayer rate fluctuates greatly

Cause Analysis

solution

Mechanical resonance of the sprayer and motor due to motor defects

Closely check the motor
