what is magnetic separation?
The iron removal equipment is divided into a permanent magnet separator and an electromagnetic separator according to the excitation principle. Today, Xiaobian will share with you the essential differences between the two types of iron removers.
1. Different materials
The permanent magnet iron remover uses a strong magnetic block to generate a magnetic field, and the electromagnetic iron remover uses an electromagnetic coil to generate a magnetic field.
The permanent magnet separator uses a high-coercivity, high-remanence special permanent magnet NdFeB and a ferrite magnet to form a composite magnetic system. It has the advantages of maintenance-free, strong magnetic force, long life, simple installation, convenient use and reliable operation. It is used for removing iron from non-magnetic materials on belt conveyors, vibrating conveyors, electromagnetic vibrating feeders and cutting chutes.
2. Different ways of operation
The magnetic pole is installed inside the permanent magnet iron remover, and the magnetic force of the magnet is used to attract the ferromagnetic material. When the iron is unloaded, the manual iron is required to be unloaded; the electromagnetic iron remover is an electromagnetic coil, and after the electric current is generated, the magnetic material can be adsorbed and unloaded. When you are in iron, you only need to power off.
