The magnetic plate is the simplest and cheapest iron removal device for separating ferromagnetic particles from materials transported on a belt conveyor. This permanent magnet magnetic separator is suitable for materials with a low content of magnetic metal particles (if the work shift does not need to be cleaned more frequently). The magnetic plate is suspended above the belt conveyor, and the magnetic impurities are captured and adsorbed on the bottom of the magnetic plate (usually equipped with a strong permanent magnet ferrite magnet, but customers can request the use of extremely strong neodymium iron boron magnets). The metal particles accumulated on the surface of the magnetic plate are manually removed. If the material contains too much ferromagnetic particles, the magnetic plate will quickly become blocked by magnetic impurities.

The Wanjiade magnetic board is equipped with a standard cleaning stripper tray for easy removal of captured magnetic particles. There is a longitudinal steel strip at the bottom of the cleaning stripper tray (protecting the core steel plate) to prevent the captured ferromagnetic particles from jumping onto the core steel plate during the cleaning process (when the cleaning stripper tray is withdrawn) and also ensuring capture The uniform distribution of the ferrous material on the surface of the stripper tray. Manual cleaning of the disk can be made according to the size required by the customer.

Thanks to the rail structure, the lower part of the magnetic plate can be moved to one side for cleaning or maintenance in a very simple and safe manner (even if the conveyor belt is not stopped). There are special longitudinal slats on the bottom of the magnetic plate to prevent the captured magnetic impurities from moving toward the core (when cleaning and maintaining the lower part of the magnetic plate). The size of the manual cleaning permanent magnet separator can be adjusted according to customer needs.
