what is magnetic separation method？

Many materials have unpaired electrical spins, and most of these materials are paramagnetic. When the spins interact with each other in a spin-aligned manner, the material is referred to as a magnet body (generally loosely referred to as magnetism). Because of their regular crystal atomic structure causing their spin interactions, some metals are found to have (iron) magnetic properties in their natural state, just like ores. These include iron ore (magnetite or magnet), cobalt and nickel, and rare earth metals lanthanum and cerium (when the temperature is very low). This naturally occurring (ferromagnetic) magnet was used in the first experiment with magnetism. Since then, technology has expanded the supply of magnetic materials, including a variety of man-made products, but all products are based on natural magnetic elements.

These permanent magnets can now be used to make materials for permanent magnet separators, such as magnetic bars, magnetic rings, and the like.
