Selection strategy:

When there is a large amount of iron in the material, RCDC, RCDD, RCDF series self-unloading electromagnetic iron remover should be selected for continuous active iron removal; RCYC series self-unloading permanent magnet separator; RCT series permanent magnet roller; CFDL series electromagnetic roller.

When the amount of iron in the material is small, RCDA, RCDB, RCDE, CF series manual unloading iron-mounted electromagnetic iron remover; RCY series permanent magnet iron remover should be used.

When the ferromagnetic material in the material is particularly small, the GJT series metal detector is used together with the strong magnetic self-unloading electric and permanent magnet iron remover to actively monitor the active iron removal, which has energy saving, long life and good iron removal effect. When users do not use the conveyor belt and use chute, pipeline, chain plate machine, hoist and other equipment to transport materials, RCYF.G.T series pipeline type permanent magnet separator should be used. For places where the iron removal request is higher, if the requested hanging height is greater than the additional hanging height or the material thickness is greater than the additional thickness, the standard of the iron remover should be properly improved or multi-stage iron removal should be selected.
