what is magnetic bead separation ?
This control cabinet provides the power supply and control device for the abandoned iron belt motor for our permanent magnet separator. The input voltage is three-phase power frequency 380V.
1. The altitude does not exceed 2000M;
2. The ambient temperature of the surrounding environment does not exceed +40 ° C, not lower than -5 ° C;
3. When the ambient temperature is +40 °C, the relative humidity does not exceed 50%, and the relative humidity can be increased at a lower temperature. However, when the average minimum temperature is +25 ° C in the wettest month, the relative humidity should not exceed 90%, while considering the possible surface condensation;
4. The installation inclination is not more than 5 degrees, and there is no obvious shaking and shock oscillation;
5. Where there is no rain or snow, in a medium without explosion hazard, and there is no gas and dust (including conductive dust) in the medium that is sufficient to corrode metals and damage insulation.
(一), Preparation before use of the iron remover
1. Check that the main power switch QF1 should be in the off position.
2. When checking the load is normal, open the front door of the control cabinet. You can see that there is a terminal block at the bottom of the electrical installation plate inside the control cabinet. Connect the power supply and load wires separately according to the figure (below the figure).
(二), The use of steps
(1) Local control:
Turn the transfer switch SA1 to the local state, send the power supply, and combine the switches QF1 and QF2. The “power” indicator lights up. Press the “revolving belt” button, the iron stripper belt rotates normally, and the “turning belt” indicator lights up. The direction of the ferroniobium and the direction of the belt motor need to be determined according to the specific conditions on site. The details are as follows: Firstly, the direction of rotation of the belt should be consistent with the direction of rotation of the belt marked by the iron remover. If it is inconsistent, only two motor inlets can be exchanged. Then determine the direction of the ferroniobium. Since the direction of the belt rotation indicated by the iron remover and the direction in which the scrap iron pieces are thrown out are opposite, it is necessary to determine the installation orientation of the iron remover according to the specific conditions on site. When deactivated, press the “stop” button, the iron remover belt stops rotating, and the “reverse belt” indicator lights off.
(2) Remote status:
When the transfer switch SA1 is set to the remote state, when the remote control unit inputs the remote start signal, the iron remover belt starts to rotate, and when the centralized control unit inputs the remote stop signal, the iron remover belt stops rotating.
(3) The main power switch QF1 should be disconnected for long-term use of the iron remover.
1. The control cabinet should be installed in a place where ventilation, drying, operation and maintenance are convenient, and reliable grounding;
2. If the fuse is found to be blown, the fuse of the same type and specification should be replaced after the fault is determined and eliminated, so as to avoid expanding the accident;
1. The whole machine should be opened for regular inspection (usually once every three months). The whole machine should be carried out during the inspection. If there is dust, it should be removed;
2. Always check if the main contacts are loose during use to avoid poor contact.
