When purchasing the iron removal rod, be sure to check whether the seals at both ends are intact or not. Leakage prevents the core from contacting the slurry to oxidize or corrode and demagnetize.
(4) Cleaning the magnetic rod is the key to ensure the iron removal effect, especially the high gradient magnetic field, its radial attenuation is faster, and the effective magnetic path is shorter; only when the working surface of the iron magnetic rod is cleaned in time, the magnetic field can be normally played. The role of the gradient. The cleaning distance should be based on the amount of iron in the slurry combined with empirical data.
(5) According to the influence characteristics of ferromagnetic substances on ceramic products, analyze the source and seriousness of ferromagnetic impurities in products, and then adopt appropriate treatment measures to block the source of impurities.
(6) The height of the slurry section of the permanent magnet slurry trough interceptor should be appropriate, and the ferromagnetic impurity of the uppermost layer should be basically guaranteed to be within the effective magnetic range.
