what is magnetic separation？

(1) Different working principle: After the electromagnetic iron remover is energized, the electromagnetism generates a strong suction force to remove the magnetous impurities in the material; the special permanent magnet of the permanent magnet iron remover adopts high remanence magnetism. Naturally, a powerful magnet is produced to remove ferromagnetic impurities from the material.

(2) Adaptation to different environments: Electromagnetic separators have weak adaptability. The working environment should not exceed 4000 meters above sea level, the ambient temperature should not exceed 40 degrees, below -20 degrees, air humidity should not exceed 90%, and it should not be in corrosive environment. Medium work; permanent magnet separator has strong adaptability, can work normally in dust, humidity, and salty fog corrosion in the sea, there is no temperature rise problem, the magnetic field is constant, and the sealing is good, but the permanent magnet is removed for a long time. The magnetic field of the iron will gradually decay.

(3) Different scope of application: Electromagnetic separator has strong magnetic force and can absorb 0.1~35 kg of material at one time, but it can not work continuously for a long time; permanent magnet separator is suitable for environment with less ferromagnetic price, when adsorbed iron When there are many magnetic impurities, the impurities must be removed manually, which is suitable for environments with less iron and continuous operation.
