what is magnetic separation process?
The permanent magnet drum magnetic separator mainly consists of a cylinder, a roller, a brush roller, a magnetic system, a tank body and a transmission part. The cylinder is rolled into a cylinder from a 2-3 mm stainless steel plate, and the end cap is a cast aluminum piece or a workpiece, which is connected to the cylinder by a stainless steel screw. The motor drives the cylinder, the magnetic roller and the brush roller to make a rotary motion through the reducer or directly using the stepless speed regulating motor. The magnetic system is an open magnetic system, mounted in a cylinder and exposed to full magnetic. The magnetic block is mounted on the bottom plate of the yoke with the stainless steel bolt, the shaft of the yoke protrudes out of the tube, and the arm end is fixed with the arm. Pull the arm to adjust the magnetic system yaw angle. After adjustment, it can be fixed with the lever. The working area of the tank is made of stainless steel, and the rest of the frame and the tank are welded with ordinary steel.
The magnetic circuit of the magnetic separator adopts a five-pole magnetic system. Each magnetic pole is made of a ferrite and a neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet block. The screw is fixed to the magnetic guide plate through the central hole of the magnetic block, and the magnetic conductive plate is fixed by the bracket. On the shaft of the cylinder, the magnetic system is fixed and the cylinder is rotated. The polarities of the magnetic poles are alternately arranged along the circumference and have the same polarity in the axial direction. Outside the magnetic system is a cylinder made of stainless steel non-magnetic material. The non-conductive material is used to prevent the magnetic lines from passing through the cylinder into the selected partition and forming a magnetic short circuit with the cylinder. Non-magnetic materials should also be used for the parts of the tank close to the magnetic system, and the rest can be made of ordinary steel plates or hard plates.
