Electromagnetic iron remover should be used for a long time, of course, we must grasp the precautions for the iron removal process:

1. According to the influence characteristics of ferromagnetic materials on ceramic products, analyze and judge the source and severity of ferromagnetic impurities in the products, and then take appropriate treatment measures to block the source.

2. When arranging the position of the electromagnetic iron remover, the following principles should be followed;

(1) Iron removal should be carried out in the selected raw materials to avoid large particles and other impurities entering the iron removal tank (box), which hinders the effective performance of the iron remover.

(2) According to the type of ferromagnetic substance, select the iron remover with appropriate magnetic field strength: use weak magnetic field to reduce the cost of purchase and use except strong magnetic impurities; besides weak magnetic impurities, strong magnetic field must be used, and the cost of purchase and use is high. . In the same production line, the strong magnetic impurities should be removed first, and then the weak magnetic impurities should be removed.

(3) Iron removal should be as low as possible to extend the life of the magnetic bar.

3. The height of the slurry section of the permanent magnet slurry trough interceptor should be appropriate, and the ferromagnetic impurity of the uppermost layer should be basically guaranteed to be within the range of magnetic force.

4, cleaning the magnetic rod is the key to ensure the effect of iron removal, the interval is too long, when the magnetic rod around the magnetic rod is too thick, the peripheral ferromagnetic impurities will be far away from the effective range of the magnetic field, the suction is not enough, the effect is not good Especially for high gradient magnetic fields, its radial attenuation is faster, so that the magnetic force is too small to capture the material. The interval between cleanings should be based on the amount of iron in the slurry (powder) and empirical data.

5. Due to the different prices of high and low temperature magnetic bars, the iron separators in the high temperature zone and the low temperature zone can be distinguished, and magnetic bars of different temperature levels are used to achieve economical use.

6. Oxidation (rusting) of the magnetic rod (core) causes a weakening of the magnetic field because oxidation reduces the amount of primary magnetic source in the magnet. Therefore, when the iron remover is deactivated, the magnetic source carrier must be cleaned to the net, one is to prevent oxidation, and the other is to prevent dry solid blockage. In addition, when purchasing the ferromagnetic bar, be sure to check whether the two seals are intact and there should be no leaks to prevent the core from contacting the slurry to oxidize or corrode and demagnetize.

7. Both tapping and vibration change the direction of part of the magnetic moment of the magnetic material, which in turn weakens the magnetic field. Therefore, the operator must be very careful, and at the same time, it is also necessary to prevent an accident from being caught by the finger when the two magnetic rods are sucked.
