With the increase in the amount of washing in the coal preparation plant, the instability of the original coal quality, and the increase in the content of coal in the raw coal, the fraction of the dilute medium entering the magnetic separator is gradually increasing, causing the problem of running through the coal preparation plant. .

First, the main factors affecting the recovery rate of magnetic separator

1. Production process In the original design of the coal preparation plant, the magnetic separator is divided into two parts: the fine coal de-screening and the qualified medium. The clean coal de-screening sieve is directly flowed into the corresponding magnetic separator, and the qualified medium part of the system is discharged into the collecting tank and pumped into the magnetic separator. The fine coal de-screening medium has a low depth, and the qualified medium of the system is high in depth, high in density, high in mud content, and unstable in flow rate. The magnetic separator has problems such as the amount of feed and the unstable nature of the feed, which results in low recovery efficiency of the magnetic separator and a production consumption of up to 2.8 kg/t.

2, production process and management In the production process, to ensure the normal operation of the magnetic separator, to avoid the occurrence of leakage, can not be separated from reasonable operation and management. However, due to the loss of operation of the post personnel, the magnetic separator inlet pipe and the underflow pipe are blocked, resulting in abnormal operation of the magnetic separator, which is also the main reason for the low recovery rate.

3. Magnetic separator overflow device The permanent magnet type magnetic separator overflow device is a key component for controlling the loss of medium flow. Its main function is to adjust the liquid level inside the machine after reaching the optimal setting of the magnetic separator. Ensure that the overflow has a continuous flow to increase the magnetic separation efficiency of the magnetic separator. The original overflow regulating device only adds a plastic sheet at the overflow port, adjusts the opening degree in advance, and holds it to the overflow port. The water level at the discharge end of the tail material must be controlled to about 10 mm under the magnet. Adjusting the water level only adjusts the plastic plate, which ensures that the liquid is directly introduced into the magnet before flowing into the tailings. When the opening degree needs to be adjusted, it is necessary to stop the adjustment of the feeding material, which is not only time-consuming and laborious, but also affects the coal preparation production. Especially when continuously feeding, the material is easy to accumulate above the plastic plate, and it is easy to block the plastic plate. If the opening degree of the overflow port is adjusted, it is necessary to stop and clean the accumulated materials, which is very inconvenient to use on site.

Second, the main measures taken

1. Improved process The fine coal de-screening medium is introduced into the slime magnetic tail barrel and the qualified medium separated by the system is mixed in the barrel, and the pump is fed into the magnetic separator. In this way, the magnetic separator has basically reached a stable material. In addition, a water-cleaning pipeline is added to the slime tail barrel for additional water. The amount of fresh water added is linked with the liquid level of the barrel to achieve stable and stable liquid level of the slurry medium. This can not only ensure the stability of the magnetic separator input, but also reduce the magnetic separator input concentration.

2. Reconstruction of the overflow regulator The on-line issuance of the overflow regulator works by rotating the stainless steel handwheel to reciprocate the stainless steel wire rope, and driving the stainless steel cone to move up and down above the water outlet of the water, thereby adjusting the flow rate of the sewage. purpose. The instrument is made of stainless steel, which is not affected by the magnetic force of the magnetic separator drum. It is corrosion-resistant and durable. It is easy and convenient to adjust the handwheel above the water surface. This adjustment method changes the flow rate by changing the size of the cone section at the lower feed port, which can precisely adjust the flow rate without duplication of labor, saving time and effort. The overflow stability guarantees a steady flow layer of 1cm, which achieves the purpose of regulating the steady overflow of the underwater flow rate, and effectively reduces the occurrence of the running phenomenon.

3. The post training is mainly for the problem of low employee responsibility and low production quality. It is mainly solved by the method of post training. After the completion of the transformation, the magnetic separation tailings belt volume is greatly reduced, the magnetic separator sorting effect is significantly improved, the feed material is continuously stable, the overflow is easily adjusted, and the tailings solid magnetic mass fraction does not exceed 0.8%. The media consumption of the whole plant was reduced from 2.8kg/t to 1.6kg/t, and the medium recovery rate reached 99%. The increase in the recovery rate of the magnetic separator greatly reduces the dielectric consumption, improves the quality of the product coal, and reduces the production cost.
