6. The machine should be regularly maintained, lubricated, and tightened.

Magnetic separator operating procedures: driving:

1, centralized control driving: After hearing the centralized control driving signal, immediately confirm the integrity of the equipment under its jurisdiction. If it is allowed to drive, put the transfer switch in the centralized control position. Otherwise, immediately press the no-drive button and report to the class leader.

2, driving on the spot: 1 should fully check that the equipment is in good condition before driving. A. Check whether the feeding pipe, the distribution barrel, the feeding box, the receiving box and the flushing pipe are unblocked, and whether the valve is flexible and easy to use. B. Whether the various parts of the equipment are normal, and whether there is any debris falling into the machine slot. C. Rotate the flexible coupling for one revolution with the hand disc to confirm the phenomenon of no moving and magnetic. 2 After receiving the driving signal, confirm that the inspection is correct and start the equipment.

3Parking: 1. Centralized control parking: After receiving the centralized control parking signal, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment. Confirm that there is no incoming material on the equipment and the equipment is stopped to confirm the parking. local parking: 1 After receiving the parking signal, after the material in the thin medium warehouse is processed, the magnetic separator can not select the magnetite powder, stop feeding, and then stop. 2 Check the inlet pipe after parking, and whether the tank and the bottom pipe are blocked. 3 Clean up the slime and other debris accumulated in the input bin and tailings bin to prepare for the next drive.

4. Emergency stop: In the event of an accident, the magnetic separator should stop immediately to check for faults.

Magnetic separator safety regulations:

1. It is strictly forbidden to start and stop the equipment with load.

 2. It is strictly forbidden to overhaul and clean the equipment during the operation of the equipment.

3. Regularly clean up the accumulation in the input bin, concentrate bin, and tailings bin. Do not hit the parts of the equipment with heavy hammer to prevent the magnetic group from rupturing and the lining from falling off.

4. Always check the roller parts to prevent other irons or tools from being attached to the drum and causing equipment damage.

 5. Prevent sharp objects from scratching the surface of the drum.

6. It is forbidden for anyone to stand (sit) on the drum or place heavy objects on the drum. a) Do not force the drum alone or damage the drum during maintenance work.
