what is magnetic separation method for concentration of ore？

(1) When the treated ore powder enters the magnetic roll working area from the feeding device, the magnetic ore particles are subjected to magnetic force, are adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic roller, and are discharged as they are rotated to unloading. Ore and gangue with very weak magnetic properties are thrown out to achieve sorting purposes.

 (2) The function of the mine box is to make the ore powder evenly feed into the magnetic roller, and keep the ore uniform and stable.

Supported in the rack, there is a stirring shaft in the mine box to ensure the accuracy of the mine.

(3) The frame is welded with channel steel to support the weight of the whole machine and is fixed on the foundation.
