what is magnetic separation ？

In a coil of insulated copper wire, a soft iron core is placed. When the coil is fed with direct current, the soft iron core will generate a strong magnetic field, which can attract the iron material and reduce the damage to the equipment. The soft iron is used as the iron core to reduce the hysteresis image, and the iron that is attracted after the coil is de-energized is completely dropped. The iron remover is wound around the core by a coil. When the coil is connected to direct current, an electromagnetic field is generated. The iron remover is the principle. Of course, this is only an electromagnetic iron remover, and a permanent magnet iron remover. The iron material sucked on the permanent magnet is rotated by the belt through the tension of the belt. The permanent magnet iron remover is composed of neodymium iron boron and ferrite, and the electromagnetic iron remover is composed of an excitation coil and a controller.

There are a large number of iron removers on the market, which are roughly divided into the following categories:

1, hanging type iron remover, mainly used on the belt conveyor, a part of the iron material is sucked, and then prevented from entering the crusher, or prevented from entering the next process.

2, self-unloading iron remover, a little higher than the ordinary hanging type iron remover, the material can be brought to the belt one by one while sucking the iron remover, and it works cyclically. It does not require manual and cumbersome removal of iron materials, which improves work efficiency.

3, electromagnetic iron remover, in many iron plants, steel mills are mostly used in the electromagnetic iron remover, power off power can adjust the magnetic flux and shut off, to achieve the role of iron handling and adsorption.
