what is magnetic separation method？

Iron removal installation is quite simple, we just need to follow the following principles.

(1) The space requirements are spacious, which facilitates the transportation and lifting of the iron remover.

(2) It is convenient to remove iron and remove the iron remover.

(3) Easy to install and fix the track.

(4) It is preferred to install above the transition roller that is installed above or near the drive drum at the apex of the feed head drive drum.

We should pay attention to the installation:

(1) When slanting over a large belt head, the large belt drive roller is preferably made of a non-magnetic material.

(2) If hanging at other locations, it is best to use a non-magnetic upper straight roller or a non-magnetic 10° or 20° transition roller under the iron remover and the large belt.
