The treatment method that the electromagnetic iron remover cannot be excited:

1. Check if the main circuit contactor is damaged and the control circuit is damaged.

2. Check if the DC main circuit insurance is burnt and whether the safety parallel circuit breaker is working.

3. Check if the disc type iron remover is in the working position.

4. Check if the rectifier diode is intact. Use a multimeter to measure the forward and reverse resistance of each diode in turn, and compare and analyze to determine whether the diode is intact.
