what is magnetic separation in science?
There are mainly the following conditions:
1 main motor current is too large
1.1 Treatment of large iron or other foreign matter between the moving rollers

(1) Check the working temperature of each zero and component of the transmission system to determine the damaged parts; (2) Determine the damaged parts according to the abnormal sound emitted by the equipment before parking;
(3) Disassemble the parts and move them by hand to determine the damaged parts.
1.4 Solution to block the discharge port of the roller press
(1) Excluding the discharge equipment failure;
(2) Clean up the blocked discharge port.
1.5 Main circuit or control circuit short circuit, open circuit solution
(1) Check the wiring and heating of the main circuit;
(2) Check the working condition and heating of the main circuit components;
(3) Check the main control circuit Element, the working point of the device;
(4) Replace the damaged element, device and wire, and re-adjust the main element of the control circuit and the working point of the device.
2 Hydraulic system is not working properly
2.1 The hydraulic system pressure is difficult to reach or maintain, causing the oil pump to work frequently
(1) If the valve is not closed or not in place, it should be re-examined;
(2) The electromagnetic directional valve is not in place due to blockage or other reasons, and the button of the solenoid valve should be pressed several times;
(3) The main relief valve spool is not fully closed, and the closing solenoid valve can be activated several times;
(4) The overflow valve of the hydraulic pump station fails or is not adjusted, and should be repaired or replaced;
(5) There is an external leakage in the system, which should be stopped and repaired;
(6) Excessive wear of the cylinder seal ring in the system or excessive wear of the solenoid directional valve and the main relief valve spool cause internal leakage. In this case, excessive wear parts should be replaced.
2.2 The hydraulic system oscillates
(1) The pressure control valve is mainly caused by impurities in the electromagnetic reversing valve and the cone valve in the combined valve, so that it cannot be in place. Several solenoid valves can be activated. If they still cannot be removed, they should be removed and cleaned, especially the main relief valve.
(2) Since the working pressure of the hydraulic system is close to the accumulator inflation pressure, the accumulator frequently turns up and closes, generating vibration.
3 Lubrication system cannot supply oil normally
3.1 Lubrication pump station overflow overflow
(1) The pressure of the pressure limiting valve of the lubrication pumping station is adjusted too low, and the pressure limit is appropriately increased;
(2) The safety piece is broken and the safety piece is replaced;
(3) In the lubricating oil, the oil passage is blocked. The blocked oil circuit should be inspected from the oil separator to clean the blocked oil separator, pipeline or oil inlet. This situation is generally caused by poor management of the oil used. When the lubrication pump is filled with oil, it is not as required. Filling with oil using a filling pump, or the filter at the outlet of the oil pump has been damaged;
(4) If overflow overflow occurs for any reason, it must be disposed of, re-adjust the pressure limiting valve, check the safety sheet and clean the filter.
3.2 The lubrication pump works normally, but the oil separator does not work.
(1) Due to the empty oil of the lubricating oil pump reservoir and the failure of the empty oil alarm device, refill the grease and repair the alarm system;
(2) Loss of function due to excessive wear of the piston rod or piston sleeve of the lubrication pump. The lubrication pump should be replaced at this time;
(3) Oil leakage from the conveying pipe or joint inside the machine. At this point, carefully check the oil lines and fittings and replace the damaged parts.
4 The material size of the roller into the roller press exceeds the standard. According to the requirements of the operation manual, the average particle size of the material entering the roller press is less than 30mm, and the maximum can not exceed 50mm. The cement production ingredients of our company use clinker, fly ash, water slag, sulfur slag, natural gypsum and desulfurization gypsum. The particle size of fly ash, water slag, sulfur slag and gypsum can meet the requirements, but the clinker sometimes has granularity. Unstable. When the clinker crusher newly changes the hammer head, the clinker particle size is relatively uniform, which can meet the particle size requirements of the roller press. When the hammer is worn for a period of time, especially in the later stage, the clinker size of the crusher is seriously exceeded, the average particle size is 60mm, and the largest diameter exceeds 120mm, which causes the roller press to vibrate and the system to jump. The hammer should be replaced in time.
5 Roll surface wear :When the roller surface of the roller press wears, the surface is uneven, and the material cannot be effectively extruded. The material of the roller press material is more, the cake is less, the mill output is decreased, and the roller press system is The circulation volume has been greatly increased, and more and more powders have been produced, resulting in frequent “crushing” of the weighing bins. The returning belt and the weighing bins are pressed and pressed, and the system stops. In this case, the roll surface should be repaired or the spare roll should be replaced in time.
6 System process equipment chain trip system When the system process equipment is in the interlock state, it is stopped by the computer control sequence. There may be the following reasons:
(1) One of the system process equipment is overloaded, check the working condition of each system process equipment, and eliminate the fault.
(2) The system control cabinet unit and the device are in poor contact. The components and devices of the system control cabinet, especially the contacts of the contactor, should be carefully checked.
(3) If the computer itself fails, it should be inspected and replaced by a professional.
