The working principle of the electromagnetic iron remover is as follows: After the electromagnetic iron remover is connected to the power supply, the excitation system generates a strong magnetic field. When the bulk material on the conveyor passes under the iron remover, the ferromagnetic debris mixed in the material acts in the magnetic field force. The bottom is sucked up. When the ferromagnetic debris reaches a certain amount, the electric trolley drives the iron remover out of the conveyor belt to reach the upper part of the iron collecting box. After the power is off, the ferromagnetic debris falls into the iron collecting box under the action of gravity. Or manually cleared on site.
