what is magnetic separation?
The most commonly used electromagnetic separators are RCDB dry electromagnetic iron remover and RCDD self-unloading electromagnetic iron remover.
RCDB electromagnetic iron remover structure and principle:
1. Main structure The machine mainly consists of electromagnetic coil, magnetic core, magnetic pole filling material and junction box.
2. Working principle When the material to be conveyed passes under the excitation coil that is connected to the direct current, the magnetic pole with strong magnetic field will continuously attract the ferromagnetic substance mixed in the material to achieve the purpose of removing iron.
RCDD electromagnetic iron remover structure and principle:
1. Main structure The RCDD series electromagnetic self-unloading iron remover consists of two parts: the iron remover body and the unloading iron. The iron unloading is composed of a frame, a cycloid reducer (hereinafter referred to as a reduction motor), a main driven roller, a roller, a pulley (or a sprocket), a V-belt (or a pulley), and an iron-loaded belt with a scraper.
2. Working principle After the iron is connected to the power supply, the excitation system generates a strong magnetic field. When the bulk material on the conveyor passes under the iron remover, the magnetic impurities in the subway are mixed and sucked up under the magnetic force. It is continuously thrown by the running unloading iron belt. When the material is out of the magnetic field range, the ferromagnetic debris falls into the iron collecting box under the action of gravity.
