If the concentration of the slurry is too small, not only the concentration is too low, but also the flow rate is increased, the sorting time is shortened, and some small magnetic particles that would have been selected to fall into the tailings are reduced, thereby reducing the recovery rate. Generally, the concentration of the slurry to be fed into the magnetic separator is not more than 35%, and it is preferably controlled at about 30%. The adjustment of the slurry concentration needs to be determined according to the specific situation, and the adjustment method can be adjusted by the size of the water blown off by the ore water.
