what is magnetic separation？

Mirror iron ore is a weak magnetic mineral with a blackish color. The crystal face is like a mirror with metal luster and is fragile. In different regions, the mineral properties of specular iron ore are different, so the corresponding beneficiation process is different.

The method of mirror iron ore beneficiation process: strong magnetic separation, re-election, roasting-magnetic separation, flotation, combined process, etc. The magnetic separation-re-election process firstly recovers the magnetite by weak magnetic field magnetic separation, and then recovers the specular iron ore from the magnetic separation tailings by re-election method; while the magnetic separation-flotation process uses flotation as the sorting of The main process of the ore is to recover coarse-grained speclite and magnetite by re-election method, and to recover fine-grained magnetite by magnetic separation. For densely crystallized red-magnetite quartzite, re-election is widely used to select coarse-grained ore, strong magnetic separation or flotation for the selection of fine ore. In the mirror iron ore beneficiation process, the listing of the spectrometer ore dressing equipment broke the difficult problem of the mirror iron ore. During the test, it was found that the specular iron mine showed a magnetic reaction in the magnetic field of 6000 Gauss, when the magnetic field strength was 15000 Gauss. At that time, the ore dressing process of specular iron ore was completely realized, and 10-20 tastes of specular iron ore were improved.
