what is magnetic separation process？

The copper bearing is a plain bearing because it is made of a material that uses a lower sliding friction coefficient. The bearing is in surface contact with the shaft, so the application range is a large load, low speed part, such as a rolling mill and the crankshaft of the engine. In the connecting rod, it is generally not used in high-speed mechanisms. For the steel shaft, the so-called copper bearing is commonly used for babbitt (copper-tin alloy tile). Nowadays, high-tin aluminum-based alloy is often used as the material for reducing the friction coefficient of the bearing bush. Of course, there is also a copper sleeve (integral copper bearing) made of a sintered copper alloy material, or a sintered copper sleeve may be better for higher rotational speeds due to structurally porous. Since the plain bearing must maintain the oil lubrication between the friction surfaces, pressure refueling can be considered when high speed operation is required, the higher pressure lubricating oil is applied to the sliding friction surface, and even the pressure oil exists to suspend the shaft in the middle of the bearing. This is not afraid of a higher speed.
