Ball mill running rough may be a multi-faceted reason. Every kind of situation and solution will be different. We have to come up with the corresponding diagnosis and treatment plan. Now the cause of the roughing of the ball mill:
One: The main reason for the ball mill running rough: The ball mill “running rough” is an abnormal phenomenon that indicates that the fineness of the grinding product is significantly thick and difficult to control, and generally appears on the double-barrel open pipe mill with a small long diameter. The ability of the rough grinding bin to be too strong and the ability to finely grind the bin is the main reason for “running rough”. In this case, even if the ball mill output is appropriately depressed, the fineness of the product is still coarse. The fineness of the product due to excessive feeding is not in this case.
Second: the rough grinding bin grinding ability is significantly higher than the fine grinding bin:
1), the filling rate of the coarse grinding chamber is higher than that of the fine grinding chamber;
2) The average ball diameter of the steel ball of the rough grinding bin is too large;
3) The length of the fine grinding bin is short;
4) The wind speed in the mill is too high;
5), the grading of the grinding body is unreasonable;
6) The quilting of the compartment board or the discharge raft is too large.
When “running rough” occurs, the cause should be identified and the corresponding measures should be taken. Generally speaking, if there is no such phenomenon, the other conditions have not changed. It is only re-fitted with the grinding body. It is likely that the average ball diameter of the rough grinding bin is too large, the filling rate is too high, or the grinding body is not rationally graded. For a small tube mill with a small aspect ratio, it is possible to use a small ball of 1 to 2 in a tank grading, or to appropriately increase the filling rate of the fine grinding bin, and appropriately improve the lifting capacity of the fine grinding lining. problem.
Three: measures to improve the lifting capacity of the fine grinding lining plate are: one or two laps on the lining plate before the feeding end, and every other piece is welded with a steel bar or square steel which can form a rib of 15-20 mm.
