Chemical treatment of silicon carbide micropowder: The equipment is basically the same as the chemical treatment of 4#--240# silicon carbide abrasive. However, due to the finer particle size, the washing with water to neutral after alkali washing or pickling treatment does not allow continuous washing. Usually, after standing and clarifying, the clear liquid is drained, diluted with water, stirred evenly, and allowed to stand for clarification. This is repeated until neutral. The time to rest is 4-5 hours each time, and the water change must be 5-6 times. The purity of the silicon carbide powder thus produced is higher and the use value is further improved.

Silicone abrasive inspection method:

3. After the silicon carbide sand is poured into the stacked sieve, and then the sieve cover is covered, the stacked sieve can be sieved into the sieve machine for screening. The screening time is 5 minutes.
4. The silicon carbide is sieved and the material distribution on each inspection screen is weighed. Write down the data, and after a simple calculation, you can get the percentage of silicon carbide sand in each grade.
