Magnetic separation process

The measurement method of magnetic field strength of PTMS permanent magnet drum magnetic separator is as follows:
(1) Select three sections along the axial direction of the cylinder: one of them is selected in the middle, and the other two sections are respectively taken at a distance of 200mm from both ends.

(2) The magnetic field intensity of several key points on the surface of the cylinder should be measured on each section. Generally, there are 3 points at the edge and middle of each magnetic pole (magnetic system edge 2 points are unexpected), and 1 point in the middle of the polar gap. If the number of poles is N, the number of measuring points n =[3N-2 +(N-1)]= 4N-3. For example, the 3-pole magnetic system is 9 points, the 4-pole magnetic system is 13 points, and so on. PTMS magnetic separator can remove iron (FE2O3) inside.
