Wet type Electromagnetic Separator
By superposition of various force fields to improve the magnetic characteristics of the separation system, the separation performance of the system can be improved. In the magnetic field of 4 ~ 16kA/m and under certain upwelling water condition, ferrosilicon is carried to the upper part of suspension body by upwelling water and discharged in the form of overflow. The electromagnetic field in the separation zone can make the monomer magnetite form magnetic floc and the downward magnetic force is discharged from the bottom as the final iron concentrate. This machine is used for cleaning, when -45 μm particle size accounts for 70%, feeding iron grade is 66.10%, final iron concentrate grade is 69.30%, recovery is 97.10%.
