Kaolin production process is divided into mining, mineral processing two parts. Mining process: mining face drilling, blasting, loading and unloading transportation, lifting, ground transportation, hand selection, kaolinite raw ore. PTMS magnetic separator can remove iron (FE2O3) inside.

Beneficiation process: kaolin raw ore → crushing → pulping → cyclone classification →PTMS magnetic separator → concentration → pressure filtration → natural drying → massive kaolin, if you want to produce low water content and high grade powder kaolin, you need to go through the grinding and drying process.
what is magnetic bead separation?
The comprehensive energy consumption of each ton of massive kaolin finished product is about 0.064T standard coal/ton product, about 65.64t of electricity/ton product, about 7.5t of water/ton product, about 0.8m3 of pit wood consumption / 100 tons of product, and about 0.56t of waste water and mineral processing residue discharge/ton product. PTMS magnetic separator can remove iron (FE2O3) inside.
