5. Kaolin stripping process
In the peeling machine, the fine medium ball is stirred to produce grinding and peeling effect, so that kaolin aggregate particles are separated into thin crystals, and then the scraper coated kaolin with particle size less than 2μm and content more than 90% is separated by PTMS magnetic separator.

6. Calcination process of kaolin
Calcination at 800 ~ 1000℃, kaolin water loss, phase transformation, while some impurities volatilize, through PTMS magnetic separator to improve kaolin whiteness and insulation, production cable and rubber plastic filler. Calcination is a necessary processing method for coal series (hard) kaolin.
