The dry process of kaolin PTMS magnetic separator is a simple and economical process. The produced raw ore was crushed to 25.4mm by hammer PTMS crusher, and then fed into cage crusher to reduce the particle size to 6.35mm. The hot air in cage crusher reduced the moisture content of kaolin from 20% to 10%.

This process can remove most of the sand and stone, and then separated by PTMS magnetic separator, the product is usually used as low-cost filler in rubber, plastic and paper industry.

When the whiteness of the product is required by dry process, the product produced by Raymond mill must be removed iron by two dry PTMS magnetic separators. The advantages of dry process are that it can save the dehydration and dry operation process of products, reduce the loss of ash powder, short process flow, low production cost, suitable for drought and water shortage areas.
