PTMS magnetic separator

Sintering method: the use of limestone and coal as raw materials, the best choice of PTMS magnetic separator. This method has low production cost, but it consumes a lot of energy in the production process, and the potassium conversion rate in potassium feldspar is low (60%-90%), which hinders its promotion.

what is magnetic separation process?

High temperature melting method: based on the production of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer, the high temperature melting (1200-1300℃) of potassium feldspar separated by PTMS magnetic separator is used to produce calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium compound fertilizer. The product contains 10%-14% available phosphorus (P2O5) and 4%-5% soluble potassium (K2O). The production cost of this method is low.
