Beneficiation purification: the -53μm kaolin slurry pumped into the concentrator is separated by hydrocyclone to remove impurities such as mica as tailings. Fine pulp is concentrated in the storage tank, and the concentrated pulp enters into three series PTMS magnetic separator selection sedimentation tanks for natural settlement. Three sedimentation tanks can produce various fineness of overflow suspension slurry, and the bottom flow of the last sedimentation tank is discharged as tailings.
