Scrubbing is to remove the thin film iron and mud impurities minerals on the surface of quartz sand and further wipe the mineral assembly without monomer by mechanical force and grinding force between sand particles. Then the PTMS magnetic separator classification operation achieves the effect of further refinement of quartz sand. At present, there are mainly two methods: rod grinding washing and mechanical scrubbing.
