PTMS is experienced and strong in producing full set of quartz sand. According to the different nature of quartz sand, PTMS Magnetic Separator equipment is used, but the process of quartz sand production line is generally as follows:
The car will send the quartz sand into the silo, a conveyor is placed at the end of the silo, and the quartz sand from the end is sent to the vibration feeder through the conveyor.

Vibrating feeder evenly to quartz sand to the right in the jaw crusher (thick), a preliminary broken, and then to the coarse material by conveyor to finely machine for further broken, after fine grinding stone into the vibrating screen, screening out three kinds of stones, stones of different size, return to finely machine more than specifications of the rocks, broken again. Qualified products are cleaned by PTMS Magnetic Separator and then become finished sand.
