The general principle of coal-measure (hard) kaolin PTMS Magnetic Separator processing process is: raw ore → crushing → pulping → cyclone classification → stripping → centrifugal classification → concentration → filtration → internal evaporation drying → calcination → depolymerization → packing grade or paper coating grade kaolin. The process can remove most of the sand and stone, and is suitable for processing those ores with high whiteness, low sand and stone content and suitable particle size distribution. The dry process has low production cost, and the products are usually used as low cost fillers in rubber, plastic and papermaking industries.
