The processing technology of PTMS Magnetic Separator of kaolin ore depends on the nature of the ore and the end use of the product. There are two kinds of processes used in industrial production: dry process and wet process. Usually hard kaolin is produced by dry process and soft kaolin is produced by wet process. When the fine mud contains iron, titanium and other staining substances, in order to improve the whiteness of the fine mud, high gradient magnetic separation, chemical bleaching and other methods can be used to remove the miscellaneous substances.

Dry process is a simple and economical PTMS Magnetic Separator processing process. After the mined raw ore is crushed to 25.4mm by hammer crusher, it is given to the cage crusher to reduce the particle size to 6.35mm. The hot air in the cage crusher will reduce the moisture of kaolin from 20% to about 10%. The crushed ore is further refined by a blown Raymond mill equipped with a centrifuge and a cyclone dust collector.
