In the PTMS peeling machine, the particles of kaolin aggregate are separated into thin crystal by stirring fine medium ball. The production particles can be less than yya2μm and the content is up to 90%, so that PTMS Magnetic Separator can fully remove iron. When calcined at 800 ~ 1 000℃, kaolin lost water, phase transformation, and some impurities volatilized, improve the whiteness and insulation of kaolin, and produce cable and rubber plastic filler. Calcination is a necessary processing method for coal measures (hard) kaolin.
PTMS magnetic separation
Kaolin is coated with coupling agent to increase the amount of kaolin in plastic and rubber. It is used to treat the kaolin filler after iron removal by PTMS Magnetic Separator for rubber and plastic. Mineral processing of kaolin can be divided into dry process and wet process. The dry method is generally the mined raw ore through the crusher to about 25mm, into the cage crusher, so that the particle size is reduced to about 6mm.

The hot air blown into the cage PTMS crusher reduces the moisture content of kaolin from about 20% at the time of extraction to about 10%. The crushed ore is further finely ground by a blow type equipped with a centrifuge and a cyclone filter, and then passed into PTMS Magnetic Separator to remove iron.
