Production process: The forklift will feed the raw ore into the silo, and a conveyor is placed at the end of the silo. The raw ore from the tail is uniformly fed to the jaw crusher (rough breaking) directly below by the vibration feeder through the conveyor. Then, the coarse material produced is transported by the conveyor to the fine crusher for further crushing. After the fine stone is fed into the vibrating screen, two kinds of stones and stones of different sizes are screened out. The ones that conform to the size enter the PTMS magnetic separator.

Large stones that exceed the specification are returned to the crusher and broken again. The material under the screen goes into the rod mill, and the material coming out of the rod mill is graded through the cylinder screen and returned to the rod mill on the screen. The material under the screen enters the blocked settler and the hydraulic classifier for classification. The graded product is then subjected to high field strength PTMS magnetic separator and vertical ring for iron removal. After iron removal, the fine sand is dehydrated by a mud hopper and driven into the warehouse.
