Material introduction
The hardness of hematite Moss is 5.5-6.5, the specific gravity is 4.9-5.3, and the crystal is often plate-like. The aggregate is usually in the form of flakes, scales, kidneys, ridges, blocks or soils. It is the main mineral of iron oxide. Form is also one of the economically important minerals. Iron is mainly produced by smelting of hematite. Hematite is a subsidiary mineral widely distributed in various rocks. It is an important source of iron ore in China's Liaoning Anshan, Gansu Jingtieshan, Hubei Daye, Hunan Ningxiang and Hebei Xuanhua. After the iron export, its economic value has reached a new level.
Process flow
Firstly, the mined hematite is firstly crushed by a jaw crusher. After being crushed to a reasonable fineness, it is uniformly sent to the ball mill through a hoist and a feeder, and the hematite is pulverized and ground by a ball mill. Secondly, the grinding classification is carried out, and the ore fines ground by the ball mill are classified. The spiral classifier washes and classifies the hematite mixture by the principle that the specific gravity of the solid particles is different and the rate of precipitation in the liquid is different. Then, after magnetic separation, the washed and classified mixture is separated from the magnetic substance in the mixture by magnetic force and mechanical force due to the difference in specific magnetic susceptibility of various minerals when passing through the magnetic separator. Finally, after the desired minerals are separated, because they contain a large amount of water, they must be initially concentrated by a thickener and then dried by a dryer to obtain dried iron ore.
