In accordance with the national development strategy for green mines, since last year, the municipal and district governments have reorganized non-coal mine enterprises and actively promoted the construction of a fully automatic industrial limestone production line with an annual output of 4 million tons and a 400 million tons machine sand production line. The production line adopts a fully enclosed design and high standard environmental protection facilities. The original stone adopts top-down step type plane mining, which completely changes the original chamber blasting operation mode of Pingliang Mining Enterprise. The project was listed as a key industrial construction project in the city and district in 2018.

The data of the production line is connected with the computer, and the one-button switch machine is realized in the central control room to realize the intelligent and quick management process and reduce Labor costs. The production process realizes remote monitoring of mobile phones and computers, so that it is possible to fully grasp the production situation without being at the production site. The automatic sales software integrates automatic weighing, skinning, data management, IC card reading and writing, and anti-cheating monitoring to achieve unattended operation of raw stone pulling and product sales.
