The process of kaolin is a simple and economical process. The raw ore is broken to reduce the particle size to about 6mm, and then most of the sand and stone can be removed after grinding. The dry process mainly refers to hard kaolin (coal measure high area). At present, static calcination is generally adopted when processing kaolin.

The PTMS magnetic separator process has weak adaptability to raw materials, but it can produce the products needed by the paper industry. Both the dry superfine recalcining process and the first calcining and then dry superfine process can not produce kaolin for paper industry (due to the reason of superfine equipment), which requires higher quality of raw materials.
