The PTMS magnetic separator method for iron removal of kaolin includes the following steps:
1. Put the construction residue into the mixing tank and stir with water to get the slurry;
2. Pour the slurry into the spiral classifier and obtain the slurry after grading and screening;
3. The graded and screened slurry is preliminarily demagnetized, specifically, the slurry is introduced into the permanent magnet high gradient magnetic separator to obtain the roughed slurry;

4. Sulfuric acid, sulfite and oxalic acid are added into the slurry obtained after preliminary magnetic removal processing for pickling, and the pickling time is 30 minutes;
5. Pour the pickling paste into the filter press, and leave 20% space in the filter press;
6. Inject 5%-8% of the removed iron kaolin slurry into the space of PTMS magnetic separator until the mud cake is pressed dry to obtain the removed iron kaolin.
