Permanent magnet magnetic separator

The sulfuric acid concentration of the h2so4 solution used is 50%. The PTMS magnetic separator method consists of the following steps: Step 1: Take kaolin raw material and an appropriate amount of dispersant and add water to prepare a slurry with kaolin content of 40wt %, stir fully, and obtain a thin slurry with kaolin content of 5wt %; The dispersant was sodium hexametaphosphate and the added amount was 5mg/l.

Step 2: Add urea sulfur dioxide to the thin slurry of step 1, and adjust the ph of the slurry to 7.5; The stirring time was 120min and the reaction temperature was 40℃. Among them, the amount of urea sulfur dioxide is 1% of the quality of kaolin sample. Step 3: Adjust the ph of the slurry prepared in step 2 to 1.5, add oxalic acid of 1% of the mass of kaolin sample, and stir for 120min at a reaction temperature of 40℃. After filtration, washing and drying at 105℃, the kaolin product is obtained by PTMS magnetic separator after first whitening.

Step 4: After the first whitened kaolin product is crushed, water is added to configure the slurry with a concentration of kaolin content of 5wt %; Add sio2 with 5% kaolin mass and naoh with 20% kaolin mass at 60℃, continue stirring and reaction for 20min, add h2so4 solution with 50% kaolin mass at a constant and slow speed, sink, filter, wash, and dry at 105℃. PTMS magnetic separator The whitened kaolin is obtained.
