The small potassium feldspar test adopts the process of "selective grinding, flotation, desliming - PTMS magnetic separator". Through selective grinding, butyl xanthate flotation of pyrite, desliming classification and high gradient magnetic separation, the iron and titanium minerals in the ore can be effectively removed. High quality feldspar concentrate with yield of 72.70%, Fe_2O_30.17% and TiO_20.058% was obtained.

The semi-industrial test adopts the process flow of "selective grinding - fraying - pyrite flotation - PTMS magnetic separator - mica flotation". Through selective grinding and spiral fraying closed circuit, butyl xanthate pyrite flotation, low intensity magnetic separation and high gradient magnetic separation, and do12 amine mica flotation, the yield of 67.85% can be obtained. Fe_2O_3 0.17%, TiO_2 0.06% high quality feldspar concentrate.

The test results show that the PTMS magnetic separator process used in the laboratory small potassium feldspar test has good adaptability and stability under the condition of expanding the test scale and continuous grinding and separation. Based on the experimental results of small laboratory test and semi-industrial test, the industrial test was carried out. The final feldspar fine mineral content of 66.10%, Fe_2O_3 content of 0.10%, TiO_2 content of 0.03%, K_2O+ Na_2O13.54%, reached the potassium feldspar supergrade and export grade standards.
