The ore particles are sent to the upper magnetic roller through the conveyor belt for sorting. Because the iron ore particles are magnetic, they are immediately adsorbed on the magnetic roller by the strong magnetic field.

Since potassium albite is not magnetic (magnetic is very weak), the magnetic roller's strong magnetic force does not occur on it, and with the rolling of the magnetic roller, the ore particles are always sucked on the magnetic roller. The potassium albom is thrown out in front of the separator when the PTMS magnetic separator rolls to the front orientation (the concentrate level can be adjusted by changing the size of the separator's view point), and the ore particles fall into a concentrator actively when they continue to be carried by the magnetic roller to the demagnetization area and collect as finished concentrate.
what is magnetic separation process?
Because the gangue dropped by the upper magnetic roller still contains some ore particles with weaker magnetic properties, they will enter the lower magnetic roller to continue magnetic separation. The finished ore particles after magnetic separation enter the binary ore bucket to collect as finished products, and the thrown gangue is discharged through the tailings port, so that the PTMS magnetic separator process is complete.
