However, the strong magnetic mineral content in quartz sand is very small, and almost no placer can use a weak magnetic machine to reduce the iron content, so the main PTMS Electromagnetic Separator suitable for quartz sand beneficiation. The particle size of quartz sand is mainly distributed between -60+180 mesh, accounting for 82.33%, the content of SiO2 is relatively high (greater than 99%), the content of impurities is relatively low, and the content of Fe2O3 is less than 0.01%.

The quartz sand with particle size greater than 60 accounts for 7.05% of the total, and the quartz sand with particle size less than 180 accounts for 11.62% of the total. The SiO2 content in these two types of quartz sand with larger and smaller particle size is relatively low (less than 99%), and the impurity content is relatively high, among which the Fe2O3 content is higher than 0.01%. In quartz sand, -80+100 target particles accounted for 27.92%. PTMS Electromagnetic Separator removes iron (FE2O3) from it.
