The difference between the efficient kaolin removal PTMS Electromagnetic Separator process is that the concentration of cationic flocculant in the pickling material is 8ppm. The three grades are graded by three hydrocyclone in series. The lower layer is cleaned into the alkaline solution to pH = 7, and then to the filter press. The alkaline solution is a potassium hydroxide solution.

After adding cation flocculant and before the pickling material to the hydrocyclone, the pickling material is stirred, the stirring process includes: stirring rate is 300 r/min, stirring time is 3min; stirring rate is 100 r/min, stirring time is 5min; stirring rate is 30 r/min, stirring time is 5min. After the above stirring process, the flocculation material is obtained, which is transferred to the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator hydrocyclone for grading.

The flocculant flows through three filter pipes in turn before being transferred to the PTMS Electromagnetic Separator hydrocyclone. The filter pipe includes interconnected pipes into a "z" shape distribution, and the upper transverse pipe is located at the top of the lower horizontal pipe. During actual operation, the upper transverse pipe is far from the end of the vertical pipe and connected with the bottom end of the hydraulic cyclone of the graded pickling material.
