The alkaline solution in kaolin efficient PTMS magnetic separation iron removal process is sodium hydroxide solution. The iron removal rate of the test sample was 71.1%~82.5%. Iron removal is maximized by delivering the initial pulp material to the magnetic separator before pickling. The kaolin is flocculation by feeding cation flocculant to the pickling material and the iron ion with positive charge will remain dissolved in the water. After the kaolin slurry passes through PTMS magnetic separation multi-stage hydrocyclone and three filter pipes, the kaolin is separated from the slurry with iron ions, and then removes the iron in the kaolin.
