kaolin ore is purified to: crushing and grouting, desanding by spiral grading machine and PTMS Electromagnetic Separator hydrocyclone, then into 75mm diameter hydrocyclone, and then into 50mm diameter hydrocyclone for continuous classification to obtain magnetic separation raw materials. The concentration of the pulp configuration is 20%.

Before adding sodium hexametaphorate dispersant, the pH value of the mixed slurry was adjusted with sodium hydroxide at about 8.0. The best amount of alum flocculant is 1%, and the best flocculation effect. PTMS Electromagnetic Separator Iron (FE2O3) can be removed from the kaolin. Calcination: from room temperature to 120 degrees for 10 min; then to 350 degrees for 10 min; then to 750 degrees for 10 min; finally to 1180 degrees for 30min. After the calcination, the whiteness test was performed.
